Everything You Need to Know, Clearly Explained

We believe transparency builds trust. Here you’ll find clear, honest answers to the most common questions about our programs, process, and expectations.

We are a personal training facility specializing in semi-private personal training. This system, simply put, combines all the benefits of traditional 1-on-1 training with a team atmosphere so that you get the coaching when you need it and the independence when you don’t.

When you are training at Compass Fitness, you will potentially work with all training staff under our roof. Our charting system makes for seamless transitions between coaches, and having multiple coaches providing instruction during your training session affords you the fastest route to your goals.

Each session is scheduled for 45 minutes in duration. We start each session at the top of the hour so we ask that you show up 5 minutes ahead of your training hour to get settled in and complete your cardio warmup.

Developing a master schedule (i.e. training at the same times and days each week) is the best way to ensure you have a training session during the most convenient time that fits into your weekly schedule.

We understand that developing a master schedule is not always possible due to changes in work schedule or family duties, so we due allow you to “float” your schedule on a week-to-week basis.

It is worth noting that master schedule clients have priority for the spot they request to reserve, but we do our very best to accommodate any client that needs to change their schedule on a week to week basis.

Along with the training programs you will be working on during your “In house” sessions at Compass Fitness, we provide monthly independent resistance and cardiovascular protocols to be performed at home or at a gym you have access to.

We require a card on file(credit/debit) as our only form of payment for monthly membership dues.

We draft training dues on a monthly basis on the 1st or 15th of each month as determined by you during the initial consultation
